Maybe they bring in a specific cleaner that will do things without having to scrub them off or use any harsh chemicals. It may be best for them to bring a product that is specially formulated for certain cleaning tasks that need to be performed. It is usually a good idea to ask about this, as a better knowledge can help cut down on the number of mistakes that you might have to make.

It is also possible to hire a maid service to clean your home in the mornings. This could be a great way to save money. They could bring in sheets and blankets before you get up to clean the room, so you won't have to worry about leaving stains on the bed sheets in the morning.

Know what your preferences are. Some people prefer certain smells, while others have different preferences. If you know this, you will be able to decide which type of cleaner you would like to use, and then find someone who knows what they're doing to use it.

Be sure to ask how long they have been in business. This will give you an idea of how long the company has been around. You may be surprised at how long a few years can be. It also gives you an idea of how reliable the company is, because you won't necessarily have to worry about whether or not they will be able to keep their jobs for the duration of your stay in the house.
